The finer details: Our listed prices exclude a 3% booking fee for payment processing. You will see this fee at checkout. Spectators are not players, and do not cost anything, but will still have to sign a waiver. We can exempt tax if you email us your tax exemption form BEFORE booking. We do not sell food or drinks.

Cancelation & Rescheduling
We get it — plans change. Here's how cancellations and reschedules work:

Cancel 7+ days in advance: Full refund, including your minimum.

Cancel within 7 days: The minimum becomes non-refundable. Any other charges are still refundable.

Cancel within 2 days: No longer eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling follows the rules of Cancelling
Examples:

Booked for Tuesday the 8th? Canceling on or after Tuesday the 1st is within 7 days.

If you booked for a weekday Deluxe show with 20 players, and cancel 3 days before your event, you’re eligible to be refunded down to the minimum of $552.
